I work enthusiastically. I have enough motivation for myself and the children I babysit. I love what I do, and it’s contagious. I’m considered to be ‘fun.’ I believe that we are way more productive when we are working with people with which we enjoy spending time with. When the situation gets tough with a child, a touch of humour will always save the day.I am someone who is consistently growing and takes the time to continue learning even though it’s not a direct requirement.I’m someone who is modest, hard-working and consistently sets firm goals for myself. Then, once I’ve defined my benchmarks, I take the necessary steps to achieve those milestones. I think positively and can execute difficult tasks. I’m not an individual who needs to be micromanaged. Rather, when given a specific task, I can figure out the best ways to solve the problem in an autonomous manner.I’m someone who is able to control a situation rather than allow a situation to control me.
