Makayla

I am an Education student at Mount Royal University. I have extensive experience working with infants, children of all ages, senior citizens, and people of all ages living with special needs. I have been babysitting for 9 years, working at summer camps in various positions for 10 years, and I have been participating in student teacher placements in elementary schools for the past 3 years. I love being outside, animals, making crafts and baking, singing, and reading or telling stories. I am passionate about having fun with kids and making them feel safe. I think it is important for both the parents and children to have an open an trusting relationship with the person they are entrusting their children with, and I do not take that responsibility lightly. At this point, I am mostly only available evenings after 5pm, and occasionally on weekends. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
