HI lovely families of Calgary. My name is Bree and I have recently relocated back to this beautiful city (from Australia). It’s been a while since I’ve babysat, but I have significant amounts of experience over my lifetime which gives me confidence to be just what you’re looking for. For 1.5 years I worked with 0-5 year olds in a pre-school before switching to one-on-one nannying. In Sydney Australia I worked for 9 months as a nanny, before taking my experience abroad for the first time and being a nanny in London, UK. During the 2 years I nannied in London, for the kiddos you see in my profile picture; numerous occasions I was solely responsible for them (aged 1&3 when I started), including staying with them in the Bahamas or London while their parents traveled to another country for up to one week at a time. I am still VERY close with that entire family; the kids, parents, and even their extended family who are in the USA. I continued to travel with them for another year each time they came to North America with the kids. Back in Australia since however, I have offered ad-hoc babysitting to a few families over the years but mostly focused on my career (with youth until 2023).
My comfort level is over the age of 6 months up until 14 or so.
